Shipping & Returns

International Shipping:

International orders are accepted. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and any applicable duty or import fees. Please review these fees before purchasing. For questions, contact me by email before placing your order.

Shipping Duration:

Priority Mail typically delivers within 1-3 business days, though delays may occur due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. International delivery times vary based on the selected service.

Handling Time: 1-3 business days.

Restrictions:

If you are purchasing/shipping to a Colorado location, I must collect sales tax as I have a physical nexus in the state of Colorado. Sales tax is based on the arrival location and will be added to the price of your item accordingly.

Items Damaged Upon Arrival:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours so we can arrange a repair as soon as possible. Depending on glass availability, the repaired piece may differ slightly, but I will do my best to match it closely.

Custom Order Cancellations

Custom orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once glass has been cut for your project, cancellations are not permitted and the initial deposit will be retained.

Returns/Exchanges:

All sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted. Each piece is handmade and unique. Any flaws are noted in the listing, so please review carefully before purchasing. All items, including sheet glass, art, and other products, are non-returnable.
