Shipping

I work hard to ensure all of my stained glass pieces are shipped with the utmost care. I pack all items carefully in several layers of bubble wrap with care instructions.

• US Shipping: I ship USPS ground & priority mail/first class mail depending on weight. US shipping is free always on orders over $100 USD and $15 flat rate on orders less than $100 USD! If you need upgraded shipping it is available upon request-  I can accommodate - you will pay difference of standard shipping.   

• International Shipping: I do ship internationally, buyer pays the increased cost of shipping and any duty/import fees. I am not responsible for any duty fees - make sure you look into this before purchasing so you know your liability. Feel free to send me an email before purchasing if you have any questions!

• Duration of Shipping: When sent via priority mail generally 1-3 business days. This may vary due to weather or unforeseen conditions I cannot control. International, depends on shipping selected (priority vs first class).

• Handling Time: 1-3 business days.

• Restrictions:

  • If you are purchasing/shipping to a Colorado location I must collect sales tax as I have a physical nexus in the state of Colorado. Sales tax is based on the arrival location and will be added to the price of your item accordingly.

Items damaged upon arrival

There is nothing more frustrating as a seller than having an item you ship arrive damaged in the mail, it is the last thing I ever hope to happen when I send my stained glass pieces out. That said there are some things you can’t control and this is one of them. If this happens to you please send me a message within 48 hours and we can make arrangements to get your piece fixed ASAP. (*please note if this happens depending on glass availability there is potential for the project to look differently once repaired, I will try my best to match it as exact as I can). Custom Order Cancellations

Custom orders can be cancelled BEFORE I begin to create your custom order, once I cut glass for your custom project no cancellations will be allowed. Your initial deposit will be retained in this scenario.

Returns/Exchanges

I do not accept returns/exchanges and all sales are final. Art is handmade by me and is one of a kind in its making. I do my best to make note of any flaws if a piece has one, please review listings carefully before purchasing. All items purchased from our studio products, art, etc. are non-returnable.
