Some clients enjoy collaborating with us throughout the creative journey, selecting colors, reviewing design concepts, and helping shape every detail. Others prefer a completely hands-off, white glove experience, trusting our artists to manage every aspect from concept through installation. Our Process

1. Discovery & Consultation

Tell us about your vision, whether it’s a detailed concept or simply an idea you’ve been dreaming about. Share inspiration photos, dimensions, colors, or the story behind your piece, and we’ll dicuss bringing your vision to life.

2. Design Development

We’ll create one or more custom design concepts based on your ideas for your review. This is a collaborative process where we’ll refine the design together until it feels just right. Our goal is to create a piece that is uniquely yours before moving into fabrication.

3. Curating Your Glass

One of the most exciting parts of the process is selecting the perfect glass.

You can be as involved as you’d like. Some clients enjoy browsing our extensive collection of specialty glass in person at our Boulder studio or through a virtual consultation, while others prefer to have us thoughtfully curate the materials on their behalf. Either way, every sheet of glass is carefully selected to complement your design.

4. Handcrafted with Care

Once the design and materials are finalized, your commission moves into fabrication. Every piece is handcrafted in our Boulder studio using traditional stained glass techniques.

Throughout the process, we’ll share progress updates so you can watch your artwork come to life. Small refinements can often be made during fabrication, ensuring the finished piece exceeds your expectations.

5. Final Reveal

When your stained glass artwork is complete, we’ll send final photographs for your approval before arranging pickup, delivery, or carefully packaged shipping. Every commission is treated with the same level of craftsmanship and attention to detail from beginning to end.

The more information you provide, the better we can understand your vision. Inspiration photos, approximate dimensions, installation location, and even a general investment range allow us to provide more accurate guidance from the very beginning.
