Shipping & Returns
We take great care to ship all stained glass pieces and sheet glass securely. Each item is packed carefully for shipment.
US Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground, depending on weight. Shipping is free for orders over $100 USD and $15 flat rate shipping for orders under $100 USD. Upgraded shipping is available upon request; you will pay only the difference from standard shipping.
International Shipping:
International orders are accepted. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and any applicable duty or import fees. Please review these fees before purchasing. For questions, contact us by email before placing your order, we can provide you an accurate shipping quote.
Shipping Duration:
Most mail is sent via USPS Ground or FedEx ground - expect 2-7 business days, though delays may occur due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. International delivery times vary based on the selected service.
Handling Time: 1-2 business days on average!
Restrictions:
If you are purchasing/shipping to a Colorado location, we must collect sales tax as we have a physical nexus in the state of Colorado. Sales tax is based on the arrival location and will be added to the price of your item accordingly.
Items Damaged Upon Arrival:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a repair or replacement as soon as possible. Keep your box and take lots of pictures :). Depending on glass availability, the repaired/replaced piece may differ slightly, but we will do we best to match it closely.

Custom Order Cancellations
Custom orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once glass has been cut for your project, cancellations are not permitted and the initial deposit will be retained.
Returns/Exchanges:
All sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted. Any flaws are noted in the listing, so please review carefully before purchasing. All items, including sheet glass, art, and other products, are non-returnable.
